Terms of Use for Registered Companies

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your registration and continued participation as a service provider (“you”, “your”, or “Company”) on the website hireamover.co.uk (the “Platform”), operated by ServiceMatch LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering with us or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To register as a company on our platform, you must:

1. Be a legitimate UK-registered business providing removal or relocation services.
2. Have appropriate insurance and licenses for all services you offer.
3. Be authorized to act on behalf of your company in agreeing to these Terms.

2. Lead Distribution

1. Leads are shared with a maximum of six (6) companies in the relevant geographical area.
2. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, job bookings, or customer conversions.
3. You are solely responsible for managing your own communication, quotations, and service agreements with customers who contact you via the Platform.

3. Billing & Payment

1. Invoices are generated and sent to your registered email address on the 1st of every calendar month.
2. All payments are processed via Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider. You agree to maintain valid payment details on file.
3. Invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to pay within 7 days may result in suspension of your account and withholding of future leads.
4. You are responsible for any Stripe transaction fees applicable to your payments.

4. Lead Quality & Refunds

1. We strive to provide high-quality, verified leads, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, intent, or response of any customer.
2. Refunds for poor-quality or invalid leads may be considered at our discretion, provided they are reported within 72 hours of receipt and include relevant evidence.

5. Use of the Platform

1. You must not misuse the Platform or attempt to contact or solicit customers obtained through the Platform outside the intended service process.
2. You must not resell or distribute leads to third parties.
3. All customer interactions must be professional and in line with UK consumer protection regulations.

6. Company Profile & Information

1. You are responsible for ensuring that your company profile, contact details, and service areas are accurate and up to date.
2. You grant us permission to use your logo and basic business details for promotional purposes within the Platform or related marketing materials.

7. Termination

1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
2. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, in cases of:

4. Complaints or poor service reports from users
5. Non-payment of invoices

8. Limitation of Liability

1. We are not a party to any agreement between you and customers.
2. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim resulting from your use of the Platform, your dealings with customers, or your provision of services.
3. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the past 3 months.

9. Data Protection

1. You agree to comply with all applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
2. You may only use customer data for the purpose of providing quotes and services. You must not share or misuse customer data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email and posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
